Rosenblatt Securities serves as a Co-Manager on Virtu Financial's Initial Public Offering

Rosenblatt Securities is pleased to announce its role as a co-manager in the Initial Public Offering of Virtu Financial on April 16, 2015. Virtu raised $314 million by offering 16.5 million Class A common shares priced at $19.00 each.
