Biography
A seasoned CEO with a track record of driving innovation and success in the ever-evolving world of Software as a Service (SaaS). With 30 years of experience in the Customer Experience and Insight industry, Gary pioneered the use of SaaS customer experience programs in Europe. While Managing Director for InMoment, he led the development of their European division from early stages through scale-up. Having developed a passion for how advancements in software can revolutionize the insights industry – he became CEO of Maru/HUB in 2021 and has led the development of their SaaS business. Gary holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management.
