Ambiq

Ambiq Micro, founded in 2010, specializes in ultra-low power semiconductor platforms, primarily for battery-powered IoT devices. Known for their Subthreshold Power Optimized Technology (SPOT) platform, they develop SoCs that enhance the energy efficiency of products such as wearables and smart devices. Ambiq’s technology supports advanced AI capabilities and has received several industry awards for its innovations, including the Embedded Award for Best Hardware. We are hosting a Fireside Chat with Ambiq Founder and CTO, Scott Hanson. Dr. Hanson is an expert in ultra-low energy and variation-tolerant circuits, and speaks widely on energy-efficient circuits. He has a  Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan, 30 publications and 7 patent filings.
