Cactus Raazi is Americas CEO at B2C2, a leading global market maker offering institutional clients trading and structuring services in digital assets. Previously, Cactus was US CEO and Co-Head Americas at Amber Group, where he led Amber’s revenue growth and regulatory engagement. Prior to Amber, Cactus held regional and global leadership roles at Goldman Sachs, Nomura, and Tradeweb in the USA and Europe before founding and exiting a FinTech startup.
Over the course of his three decades in business development across finance, technology, and digital assets, Cactus has established a strong record of commercial leadership, regulatory compliance, creativity, and mentorship. Always a risk-taker seeking new challenges, Cactus was early to credit derivatives in the ‘00s, electronic bond trading in the ‘10s, and more recently, digital assets. He retains the record for Goldman’s highest ever annual credit sales production although he’s most proud of his mentorship of junior colleagues and his support for the underrepresented.
Reflecting his broad interests and expertise, Cactus is a General Partner at Ativid.ai, an AI venture studio, and he serves on the board of Kraus Motor Co., a manufacturer of performance parts for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Cactus is the author of Price, a data analytics best-seller about creating personalized pricing to maximize customer loyalty. Cactus holds B.A. degrees in Economics and Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara, and a M.S. degree in Business Analytics from New York University. On his days off, Cactus enjoys skiing, cycling, Muay Thai and motorcycle riding while raising a young family with his wife Cassie.
