Biography

Chuck Mack is the Vice President and Head of Strategy & Market Structure for North American Markets at Nasdaq. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction for Nasdaq’s North American businesses, as well as overseeing public policy and capital allocation. Prior to this role, Chuck led the US Equities division at Nasdaq, managing the operations and strategic direction of Nasdaq’s US Equities Transaction Business across three exchanges: Nasdaq, BX, and PSX. He also oversaw the exchange-traded product (ETP) and over-the-counter Trade Reporting Facility (TRF) businesses.

With over 20 years of experience in financial markets, most of which have been with Nasdaq, Chuck has held various operational, management, and market structure roles across equities, options, and futures. He began his career in the securities industry in trading and technology at TD Waterhouse Inc. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
