FinTech Research Analyst

Rosenblatt is looking for a FinTech research analyst who can cover public companies and track private companies in some or all of the following areas: Exchanges & Market Structure, Brokers & Asset Managers, FinTech Software, Payments and Crypto.

NYC location is not required but is plus for a hybrid in office/WFH split. Our work environment is kid-friendly, offers schedule flexibility, PTO time, and promotes work-life balance.

We are applying that same winning formula to our comparatively new research business (less than a decade old) and even newer capital markets business that is quickly establishing us as a co-manager of choice in IPOs and other corporate offerings(including Arm’s IPO, the largest of all of ’23,  SuperMicro’s follow-on, the 2^ndlargest follow-on of ‘23, and a number of important FinTech offerings such as Robinhood’s IPO and a billion plus convert for SoFi).  We embrace change, maintain focus on being deeply expert and intellectually honest, and as a boutique try to be nimble.

What we look for in our analysts:

· Adaptable, collaborative, flexible, curious, proactive, intellectually honest and a strong desire to be the best

· Deep domain knowledge, preferably some industry experience

· Creativity and commitment to add value to institutional clients, such as offering unique access to experts or privatecompany peers of coverage universe

· Relationships: industry, corporate and investors

· Demonstrated track record of consistently producing high quality, differentiated research and have a monetizable franchise with institutional investors.

· Series 7, 63, 86 and 87
