Job Description: 

The Sales Operations and Marketing Coordinator will manage our sales operations, primarily supporting the equity research sales team, and manage all events hosted by the firm including corporate access, in-person dinners and cocktail parties, webinars and conferences, supported by two overseas staff members. In addition, this individual will be responsible for updating our marketing materials (website and one-pager) and prospecting email campaigns.

Position Reports to: 

EVP Finance and Business Intelligence

Compensation/Salary: 

$70K-$100K

Responsibilities: 

  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to prospects 
  • CRM management - support the update/entry of contacts, accounts, contact lists, events and interactions
  • Ensure the complete and accurate capture of  client interaction/consumption activity in our CRM and third-party portals
  • Create event invitation email templates and registration jotforms
  • Create and manage calendar events
  • Create and operate zoom meetings and webinars
  • Schedule speakers for conferences
  • Manage event updates on the website, including event showcase pages
  • Assist with sales administrative requests as needed
  • Manage and direct the Sales Operations two-person overseas team
  • Update marketing collateral, including the website and one-pagers

Skills Desired: 

  • Strong spreadsheet skills - MS Excel AND Google Sheets

  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, interpersonal
  • A “can-do” attitude with the ability to take initiative on processes outside of defined job scope; including motivation to research and provide proactive solutions to management
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple departments and external participants
  • Tech-savvy - sees technology as a powerful tool to streamline work processes and seeks out new technologies to lessen the workload and improve accuracy
