They proved to be an invaluable partner through the entire process, providing sound advice and dedicated senior resources.”
“We’re thrilled to have advised LeveL ATS on its partnership with Nasdaq, joining a world class set of operators and investors in the equities and ETF trading business. Nasdaq’s inclusion and expertise provides LeveL with an even greater foundation for growth, product innovation and new market opportunities, cementing its position as a leading broker-neutral trading platform”, said Vikas Shah, Rosenblatt’s Head of FinTech Investment Banking.
Joe Gawronski, President of Rosenblatt, shared, “We are delighted and honored to have paired LeveL ATS and Nasdaq, bringing together one of the world’s most sophisticated exchange groups into a successful consortium of brokers, a rare example of cooperation that sharply contrasts with the infighting that has been more characteristic of the industry over the past few years.”
