Joe Maxa is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in engineering, operations, and financial analysis. Currently, he serves as Vice President of Investor Relations at OneSpan, a position he has held since September 2017. Prior to this, Joe spent nearly 17 years as Vice President and Senior Equity Research Analyst at Dougherty & Company, LLC, where he honed his expertise in equity research. Joe's career began in engineering roles, first at Deltak Corporation in Plymouth, MN, where he worked for five years, and then at Donaldson Company, Inc. in Bloomington, MN, where he served in engineering and operations for another five years. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University of St. Thomas.
