Keith is currently Chief Operating Officer with Tenstorrent. Earlier he has served as Director of Strategic Relationships and Deals at Google. Before going to Google, I was SVP of Corporate Development, Strategy, and General Counsel at SiFive. I was leading various cross-functional teams to enable RISC-V technology to be effectively and affordably adopted by a large and diverse global market. Previously to that, I was the Director and Associate General Counsel at Tesla driving cross-functional teams across procurement, finance, legal, and engineering to enable new technology development for electric vehicles.
Before Tesla, I was the Vice President of Strategy and Corp Development at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). While at AMD, I progressed through various legal, operational, M&A, VC, business, and strategy roles leading large cross-functional teams (across HR, IT, Real Estate, Regulatory, Legal, Sales, PR, Marketing, Business Units, Finance, Engineering, and more) to formulate, execute, and close complex transactions that transformed AMD and larger tech ecosystems.
Prior to joining AMD, I spent three years at the law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati (WSGR) as a corporate/technology attorney co-leading the WSGR’s Austin Technology Transactions practice. Before that, I was a part of Motorola’s Semiconductor Product Sector working in R&D, silicon manufacturing/testing, SoC/CPU design, and legal. I started my professional career as a software engineer at Gould Electronics developing motor control systems.
