Matt Kempton is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Universal Technical Institute, Inc., Matt oversees strategic finance, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to this role, he was Senior Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Conduent, where he led key strategic transactions and expansion initiatives. Matt also held senior roles at Xerox and the ITER Organization, managing large-scale budgets and financial operations. His career began at Marriott International, where he managed fiscal operations across multiple properties. Matt holds a BS in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
