He has served as CEO and a member of the board of directors since the company’s inception. H2O.ai is the trusted AI provider to over 20,000 global organizations, including AT&T, Aegon/ Transamerica, Capital One, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Hitachi, Kaiser Permanente, PayPal, pwc and Walgreens, over half of the Fortune 500 and 250,000 data scientists.
Sri partners with business leaders and organizations across industries and the globe to use AI to solve complex business problems, help them succeed on their AI transformation journeys and improve everyday life. Before founding H2O.ai, Sri cofounded big data analytics company Platfora (acquired by Workday) and was director of engineering at DataStax and Azul Systems. His academic background includes sabbaticals focused on Theoretical Neuroscience at Stanford University and U.C. Berkeley and he holds an M.S. in Math and Computer Science from the University of Memphis.
