Barry Cooper is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in enterprise software, management consulting, and customer-facing services. He has been a key contributor to NICE since 2011, where he currently serves as President of the CX Division. In this role, he oversees product strategy, innovation, development, marketing, implementation, support, and cloud operations for NICE's customer experience solutions.
Previously, Cooper held leadership positions at NICE, including President of the Workforce & Customer Experience Division and Chief Operating Officer responsible for all customer-facing functions. Prior to joining NICE, he served as a management consultant at Accenture, Head of Customer Service at Time Telekom in Malaysia, and Vice President of Professional Services at CSG Systems.
Cooper holds a First-Class Honors degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Salford University in the United Kingdom.
